ALL-DC HIGH-VOLTAGE TECHNOLOGY

1MW PV. 2.5–5MWh storage.
1.2–2.5MW central charging.

A scalable 1500V-class off-grid DC system with dedicated PV MPPT, bidirectional battery DC/DC and an optional separate AC input cabinet.

Energy inputs, common DC bus and central dynamic charging.

The target bus is at least 1200V within a 1500V-class system. Final interfaces remain subject to signed manufacturer data and system studies.

EV Whale 1500V-class all-DC high-voltage off-grid energy system

1MW PV input

String Voc target ≤1000V at −5°C, with dedicated MPPT DC/DC and conversion headroom.

2.5–5MWh storage

Up to 0.5C ramped output, governed by BMS, SOC, temperature and system limits.

1.2–2.5MW power pool

Central power dynamically allocated across an even number of terminals.

Optional AC input

Grid, wind or diesel feed a separate transformer and AC/DC cabinet through a reserved 300kW DC interface.

Target output is not a universal continuous guarantee.

At 0.5C, 2.5MWh corresponds to approximately 1.25MW theoretical battery output and 5MWh to approximately 2.5MW, before SOC, temperature and system derating.

EMS available power is the minimum of BMS, 0.5C, busbar, cable, protection, thermal and charging-equipment limits. BIDC quantity is calculated from minimum battery voltage, the 100A module limit, derating, N+1 redundancy and fault exit.
